We offer a platform for utilities, agencies, environmental consulting firms, and implementation contractors to manage their entire suite of energy services programs.
How it helps
The system balances the need for a low cost and user configurable management system with the rich tracking and reporting required by states, EIA / DOE, RUS, etc. Modules can be added on as programs move beyond traditional home energy rebates.

You can publish traditional home energy rebates, non-residential rebates, stacked rebates with your wholesaler, braided rebates with another sponsor, or paired rebates with a spiff or loan. Incentive records include amounts and energy impact and can be fixed or formulae driven.
Install Notifications & Instant Discounts
Our mobile app is a convenient tool for contractors to enter their new installation data and evidence. For instant discount program delivery, the install notification can be adjudicated to a wholesaler sales record and customer pre-application. Rebates and spiffs can be paired.
Application Intake
Applications can be brought in via a consumer and mobile friendly public portal, a mobile app for contractors and trade allies, bulk CSV import, or keystroked in off paper forms.
Home Audit and Home Energy Retrofit
You may offer a self home-assessment or a professional home audit along with a coordinated home energy retrofit with permitted trade allies. The audit and home energy retrofit record is ultimately converted into incentive record for payment and energy impact reporting.
Survey Management
Surveys may be posted to an application form or issued independently later in the administrative workflow. such as part of an approval notification. Captured data can be used to scale quality assurance, for measurement & verification, or for analytics and satisfaction.
Load Controller Tracking & Reporting
Load controller devices are tracked and reportable from inventory, to installed, to uninstalled. When rebate program policy conditions a load controller device be present, the rebate manager can verify that presence in the processing workflow.
Net Metering & Interconnect Contract Administration
A pre-application form is presented on the application portal. A fillable PDF interconnection agreement can be integrated and issued. A drop zone is available to store the executed interconnection agreement and proof of insurance. Statutory and PURPA reporting is available.
